• We currently ship only within India.

• A shipping fee of ₹50 applies for all orders below ₹999, while shipping is free for orders above ₹999.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery may take 3–8 business days depending on the location.

• Chumbakwala is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return and Refund Policy

• Since our products are customer-owned once delivered, we only accept returns for broken, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
