• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

2. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹1000.
• Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
• We currently ship only within India.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Areas: 5–8 business days
• Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or holidays.

4. Packaging

• We ensure every Chumbakwala fridge magnet is packed carefully in eco-friendly and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Chumbakwala, we want you to enjoy your unique fridge magnets in India. Since our products are customer-owned items, we only accept returns or exchanges in cases where the product is broken, damaged, or received incorrectly.

1. Eligible Returns

• Only broken, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return.
• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report a damaged or broken item.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

• Email support@chumbakwala.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and photos of the broken/damaged product.
• Our team will verify the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
• Instructions for returning the product (if required) will be provided once the return is approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Any product that is intact and delivered correctly
• Customized or personalized fridge magnets
• Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Lost or Delayed Packages
